He / She will be responsible for: Lead and guide the Project Facilitation Team (PFT) for effective project implementation. Strengthen Producer Groups, Producer Collectives, and community institutions through capacity building. Prepare and execute annual plans, livelihood strategies, and project activities. Promote sustainable agriculture, livestock, irrigation, and market-led livelihood initiatives. Facilitate convergence with government departments and strengthen stakeholder partnerships. Develop market linkages, value chains, and training materials. Ensure quality MIS, documentation, reporting, and project monitoring. Leverage AI tools and digital technologies for efficient project management. Provide technical support to field teams and undertake regular field visits.
