Title: Community Resource Person (1 Post) - APC Project, Kaptipada Block, Mayurbhanj

Experience: 3 Year

Salary: CRP - 10,000/- PM

Community Resource Person She/he shall * Imparting training to farmers, community service providers, and PG around improved agriculture, horticulture plantation, NPM, and livestock rearing. * Providing handholding support in the creation of irrigation infrastructure. * Helping in coordinating quality input linkage and output marketing. * Collect various data and information for various reporting purposes. * Conducting Household Registrations for PG Members. * Ensure smooth implementation of various project components. * Ensure proper books of accounts and other records are maintained at the PG level. * Preparation of a Detailed Planning Report, financial year-wise for the PG. * Good communication and motivational skills. * Record keeping and reporting ability. * Ability to work in field conditions and travel within project areas. * Teamwork and coordination ability. * Time management and reporting discipline. Title: Cluster Coordinator (1 post) - APC Project Kaptipada Block, Mayurbhanj

Experience: 3 Year

Salary: CC - 15,000/- PM

Cluster Coordinator She/he shall * Imparting training to farmers, community service providers, and PG around improved agriculture, horticulture plantation, NPM, and livestock rearing. * Identifying sites for plantation, irrigation, and vegetable cluster patches for agriculture and coordinating with the PFT members * Providing hand holding support in the creation of irrigation infrastructure. * Helping in coordinating quality input linkage and output marketing. * Collect various field data and information for various reporting purposes. * Coordinate in conducting baseline, mid-line, and end-line surveys. * Ensure smooth implementation of various project components, convergence activities, and documentation at the field level. * Supporting the Community resource person of the project team in conducting their field-related work. * Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online reporting, data management). * Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and crop management. * Knowledge of market linkage and farmer institution strengthening. * Experience in project implementation and supervision. * Ability to work in field conditions and travel within project areas. * Teamwork and coordination ability. * Time management and reporting discipline.
